Visit the Merry Cemetery
One thing that we all know is that a cemetery isn’t a place that you can called “marry”. However, there is a cemetery in Romania that is called the Merry cemetery. This is because of the humorous gravestones that you can find there.
There are more than 600 gravestones that are telling you stories of the person lying there and some dirty details about the person’s final moment on earth. This might not really something that many people want to do, to visit an old cemetery, but this is an experience that is unique and that can even be special.
Corvin Castle: One of the biggest castles in Europe
We hear so many times about ruins of old castles in the world. Most of these castles are not really in good condition anymore. However, not when it comes to the Corvin Castle in Romania. This is one of the oldest, but also biggest castles in Europe.
This castle was built in the 15th century and was neglected after the original owner has died. However, during the 17th century the castle was restored. But, not to its original state. This is now a great place to visit and to see how a real castle can look.
Romania. You might think this is an ordinary country where you can do normal things that you will find in any other country. However, this isn’t the truth at all.
